Terms of Service

1. General

These terms set forth the basic rules for using AURORA services provided by the Company.

2. Effect and Changes

These terms take effect when posted on the service and agreed to by the user. The Company may update these terms within the limits of applicable laws and will provide notice at least 7 days before the effective date. For changes unfavorable to users, notice will be given at least 30 days in advance, along with individual notification via email. Continued use of the service after the revised terms take effect constitutes agreement to the changes.

3. Services

The Company provides the following services.

• Website planning, design, development, and operational consulting
• Conversion-oriented structure and content strategy support
• Project communication and deliverable support
• Guidance on estimates, contracts, and maintenance

4. Consultation and Contract

Project scope, schedule, and pricing are finalized through consultation and documented in a written agreement.

• Requirement discovery and consultation
• Proposal and estimate delivery
• Contract execution and schedule confirmation

5. Payment and Refunds

Payment terms and refund policies are governed by the contract or estimate. For detailed withdrawal and refund policies, please refer to our Refund Policy (/refund-policy). Under Article 17 of the Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, consumers may withdraw their offer within 7 days of receiving the written contract details (including electronic documents).

5-2. Recurring Payments (Subscription)

Maintenance subscription services are billed monthly on a recurring basis. Users may request cancellation before the next billing date to stop automatic payments. Cancellation requests can be made via email (aurora@auroramakers.co.kr) or phone (070-8098-6387) and will be processed within 3 business days. Refund policies for recurring payments are governed by the Refund Policy.

6. User Responsibilities

Users must comply with the following.

• Provide accurate information and keep it up to date
• Do not infringe on third-party rights or violate laws
• Do not interfere with service operations or systems

7. Intellectual Property

Ownership and usage rights of deliverables are defined in the contract. Materials provided by clients remain the client’s property.

8. Portfolio Use

The Company may use project outcomes as portfolio materials only with prior consent from the client.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Company is not liable for damages caused by force majeure or user fault.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and disputes will be handled by a competent court.
